We are looking for a full-time, Sales Development Rep for our US Based client!
Our US based client is seeking a Sales Development Rep to work remotely full-time for their growing business.
The successful candidate must be available to work 09:00 - 17:00 EST time!
Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from leads who have expressed interest in our clients products/services and shared their contact details.

Engage with leads professionally, building rapport and understanding their needs.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

Articulate the value proposition of our clients products/services and answer any questions or objections raised by leads.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Effectively manage and update lead information in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.

Strong cold calling skills, including the ability to make a high volume of outbound calls with enthusiasm and confidence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

Familiarity with CRM software and ability to efficiently manage and update customer data.

Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Flexibility to work full-time hours based on the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
Compensation
8 hours per day (Mon - Fri) - R32,000 per month
