We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant with accounting skills to represent our international clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in handling administrative tasks and basic accounting functions remotely.
Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the team, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents.

Handling basic accounting functions such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Setting up and managing virtual meetings and webinars.

Troubleshooting technical issues that arise during virtual meetings and webinars.

Managing social media accounts and website updates.

Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.

Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in providing administrative support and basic accounting functions in a remote setting.

Proficiency in technology, including but not limited to video conferencing platforms, social media, and document management systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Compensation Package
We offer virtual assistants R20,000 per month for full-time placements.
