On behalf of our client, a Pennsylvania-based U.S. law firm, we are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role plays a key part in client intake, lead qualification, and ensuring an excellent initial client experience.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, highly proficient in English, confident handling inbound and outbound calls, and experienced in high volume intake or call center environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls and send messages & emails to potential clients in Spanish and English.
• Answer inbound calls from potential clients in Spanish and English
• Qualify potential cases based on firm-defined criteria
• Accurately enter and update client data in CRM or case management systems
• Prepare standard terms of business for clients to sign
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality at all times
• Meet quality, accuracy, and call-handling performance expectations
Previous Experience
• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
• Highly proficient English (spoken and written)
• Prior intake or call center experience (Law firm or legal intake experience is preferred but not required)
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• High attention to detail and comfort working with digital systems
