We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Intake Specialist who is fluent in both English and Russian to join a respected U.S.-based law firm specializing in personal injury.
As the first point of contact for new clients, the Intake Specialist plays a critical role in shaping client experiences and ensuring that potential clients are seamlessly transitioned into active cases. The ideal candidate is empathetic, professional, and skilled at managing client communications in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities 

Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, or online inquiries.

Conduct intake interviews to collect relevant case information accurately and efficiently.

Communicate clearly and professionally in both Russian and English, ensuring clients fully understand the intake process and required documentation.

Enter and manage client information in the firm’s CRM and case management systems.

Assess the nature of each inquiry and determine eligibility or suitability for the firm’s services.

Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to support case intake flow.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm and legal privacy standards.

Previous Experience

Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) required.

Prior experience as an intake specialist, client services representative, or administrative assistant in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, client-first mindset.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Proficiency with CRM or case management systems (e.g., Clio, Law Ruler, or similar) a plus.

Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work efficiently in a remote or office environment.
