Our client, a respected legal services organization in the UK, is seeking a qualified Attorney to join their team through our agency. This is a unique opportunity for a legally trained professional to leverage their expertise while performing high-level paralegal functions. Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and edit legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, contracts, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and provide case summaries or memoranda.
Assist with document production and management in preparation for litigation or transactions.
Manage case files and deadlines, and support attorneys with case organization.
Liaise with courts, opposing counsel, and clients as needed under supervision.
Support due diligence, regulatory filings, and compliance-related tasks.
Previous Experience
Previous work in a firm or in-house setting performing support or paralegal-level tasks.
Familiarity with [insert relevant area of law, e.g., litigation, corporate, immigration, etc.].
