Our client is a fast-growing, performance-driven marketing agency specializing in delivering high-impact digital campaigns for brands across eCommerce, service-based industries, and emerging markets. They are known for their strategic, data-led approach and a strong commitment to client success.
As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a highly experienced Meta Ads Manager to join their team someone who not only excels at campaign optimisation and strategy but can also confidently communicate insights and recommendations directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Regularly communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients in an engaging, easy-to-understand way.
Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure ad copy, visuals, and targeting align with client objectives.
Test and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Stay current with Meta’s advertising policies, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide proactive recommendations to drive client growth and retention.
Previous Experience
3+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, etc.).
Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad spend and delivering measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of campaign structure, pixel tracking, A/B testing, and attribution models.
Confident in presenting data-driven insights to clients and leading performance discussions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools is a plus.
Agency experience preferred ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
