We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established US legal firm seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal to join their team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive paralegal support to the firm’s solicitors, ensuring smooth case management and client service across a variety of legal matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a remote paralegal who is eager to work with an international legal practice and contribute to a dynamic, professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
- Drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assisting with case preparation, file management, and trial bundles.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Managing deadlines, scheduling, and document organisation.
- Providing general administrative and paralegal support to solicitors.
Previous Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal, ideally within a law firm.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures, case management, and document preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with legal case management systems.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment.
