Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal who can work fully remotely while supporting U.S. attorneys and clients. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional with prior experience handling U.S. personal injury cases in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury case files from intake through resolution (under supervision)
- Maintain ongoing client communication in English and Spanish
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials
- Request, organize, and review medical records, bills, and police reports
- Assist in preparing demand packages and settlement documentation
- Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and case milestones
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties
- Maintain accurate case notes and updates in case management systems
- Provide litigation and trial support as required by the firm
Previous Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal with a U.S. personal injury law firm
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of U.S. personal injury procedures and workflows
- Experience handling medical records and insurance correspondence
- Proficiency with case management platforms (such as Clio or Mycase)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Availability to work U.S. business hours
- Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Professional remote work setup (computer, headset, and quiet workspace)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams
